Footprint Capital Advises Admiral Furniture and Sundrella Outdoor Furnishings in Sale to Campania International, a Portfolio Company of RAF Equity

Columbus, OH, February 28, 2025 - Admiral Furniture ("Admiral") and Sundrella Outdoor Furnishings ("Sundrella") have been acquired by Campania International ("Campania"). Footprint Capital, LLC ("Footprint") acted as the exclusive sell-side advisor in the transaction. 

Founded in the 1950’s and currently based in Ocala, Florida, Admiral and Sundrella have been leaders in the commercial outdoor solutions space for decades, manufacturing and distributing outdoor furniture and accessories for multi-family, hospitality, country club, and other commercial properties. Both brands have been built to focus on high-quality products, extensive offerings, and first-class customer service.

The acquisition creates a strategic partnership to expand Campania’s offerings and deliver best-in-class garden accents and outdoor furniture for a diverse set of residential, hospitality, and commercial applications, available through multiple channels.
