Footprint Capital Advises Mixt Solutions in Financing in Conjunction with a Management Buyout
Columbus, Ohio, May 29th, 2026 – Mixt Solutions (“Mixt”) has secured a senior debt facility to finance a management buyout. Footprint Capital, LLC, (“Footprint”) acted as the exclusive debt advisor in the transaction.
