Footprint Capital (“Footprint”) acted as the sell-side advisor for the sale of Skyline Exhibits of Central Ohio, Inc. (“Skyline Central Ohio”) to Skyline Exhibits, LLC (“Skyline”), a portfolio company of Invision Capital (“Invision”). Skyline Central Ohio provides design, production, and manufacturing of installations for a wide range of trade show and event exhibits.

This transaction completed the succession plan for the owners, who founded the business in 2001. The primary owner will continue to assist and take a key role in Skyline’s operations. Footprint Capital led all aspects of the sell-side process.


Skyline Central Ohio was founded in August of 2001 as a new dealer for Skyline Exhibits.  Skyline Central Ohio provides for the custom design, production, and manufacturing of trade show and event exhibits ranging from table top and portable displays to modular inline and large-scale island exhibits. The Company’s clients are based mainly in Central Ohio, with a smaller number out of Dayton and Southern Ohio.
